I installed the trial version of PowerDVD 22 on my computer, but the program does not convert to MP4 format. I click on the convert button, the progress bar appears, the DVD disc starts to load and when it reaches 99% the loading does not finish. It remains at 99% for several seconds and then a window appears with the following message:

"CyberLink PowerDVD stopped loading the disc because it could not verify that the codec was activated."

I don't know if the problem is in PowerDVD, in Windows 10 or if the codec is missing for DVD playback in Windows. The error message does not specify what type of codec it is.
