PowerDVD full Version: 10.0.1061.51
PowerDVD SR Number: NOT POSTING
Operating System (including x86 or x64 Bit Version): Windows 7 64bit
Is your PowerDVD a Retail product or bundles with HW? Retail DL
Used VGA: Sapphire Radeon 5850
Used VGA driver version: 8.723.0.0
Used Audio device: Tritton AXPC Pro Headset
Used Audio device driver version: 7.12.8.2140
Which kind of display connection (HDMI/DisplayPort/VGA/DVI:) DVI
Are you using singLE or dual monitor environment: Single
Are you using clone or extended mode (if use two display): N/A
What kind of Antivirus SW are you using: Kaspersky 2010 AV Only

My problem is this: I cannot get 3D to work, I see the two channels split but when I use my 3D glasses it looks normal. I am using the 3D glasses supplied to me during the Avatar 3D theatre event. I assume these are polarized and look the same as the ones on your site. I selected on Standard 3D set as well.

I am also trying to setup my old star trek TNG DVDs to do smart stretch, it does not work, is there a reason why?

Thanks for the help,

Jeff

Hi,

what kind of 3D Display do you use?

It is not only that you need glassed, but also the matching 3D display Device.

Hi,

so you miss the essential part for 3D playback - you need an 3D capable display.
Please check here for more info:

•TrueTheater 3D playback: 3D display and 3D glasses required. HDCP compliant display for digital output. TV or computer monitor for analog output
