So I got Powerdvd 10 and I want to use the Dolby Prologic IIx encoding, and then go to advanced options and set it to DDEX mode (dolby digital EX) which is bassicly 6.1 sound comming from 7/8 speakers how ever this does not work I set it to DDEX mode but their is no difference with DDEX and Prologic IIx Movie/music mode.

Now why would I want DDEX instead of Prologic IIx you might wonder? I don't like that prologic IIx puts the rear channels on the extra 2 speakers (it sounds bad on my setup) so that is why I rather have 5.1 sound upscaled to DDEX, in Powerdvd9 there was a DTS NEO:6 function but it looks like they cut it out of powerdvd10 cause I can't find it anywhere.

Thanks for the help, appreciate it!
