How to go back to normal play speed from fast forward/rewind

Hello,
In powerdvd 10 (I have same "problem" in 9 too), how do you go back to normal play speed from fast forward/rewind ? Anyway to do it with keyboard shortcut or with the mouse, without displaying the menu and clicking on play ? There dont seems to be a way to go back to a speed of x1 with the mouse wheel : It goes directly from rewind to a speed of x1.1
