Merging 2 or more DVDs onto 1

I own powerdvd9. I am a reasonably skillful computer user. However, I am sorely lacking the vocabulary associated w/video manipulation.

Would someone tell me a simple way to take multiple DVDs & merge them onto 1 DVD? I move the files from the DVDs to my harddrive & then what?

Thanks for any assistance that can be provided.
