When adding and selecting, the material in the timeline, the possible tools appear, for video, photo, effect etc ...

In the timeline 2 clicks on the video opens, Pip Designer.

Other, Selects the video and clicks the button, Keyframe, Clip Attributes.

Other, Selects video button, Trim

Have you looked at "Tools" - Power Tools - Crop & Zoom. Once in Crop & Zoom click the Crop & Zoom button to open up the window Panny TM10, GH2, GH4,
