Drew Any error messages?

Please post your dxdiag.exe text file so we can look at your computer>

Also look at Windows Event Log. Perhaps you'll see somehting there.

Are you using the "newest" video card/chip driver? Did the program work with an older driver -- oops Windows 10. Make sure you have the right drivers. .

Did you have your anti-virus OFF; not just paused when you did the reinstall? .

That may be the problem. Over agressive anitviruses expecially with built in registry cleaners (Norton 360 and the like) will prevent the .dll library from being properly built.

Try removing DVD 15 using the Cyberlink removal tool, trun off your antivirus (if you can) and rinstall the program. Reboot.

If you still have the problem you may want to try a thorough unstall using Revo Uninstaller (Moderate Mode only), reboot, turn off your antivirus, install, reboot. See if that works for you. .

Hi Drew756,

Please try this:

1. Delete the cache file under user's appdata:
C:\Users\(USER_NAME)\AppData\Local\CyberLink\PowerDVD15\cache

If it doesn't work, please try this:

2. Reinstall PDVD without keeping user Settings

If all tree solusions(1. beta patch, 2. Delete Cache 3. Reinstall PDVD without keeping user settings)
don't work, please submit a CS tickets

Best regards
Hicham
