Looks like you're Monitor isn't HDCP capable.

HDCP-compliant Display : No No
in DEBUG_CLDetect_OVERCLOCKEDASUS_2015_08_01_12_12_30.html

it is a tv, and i have tried with a different monitor, still no luck. nvidia hdcp page in the nvidia control panel checks out.
