Ask for the latest build.

State a reason of course......

DafyDD,

Does your answer means that the rebuild already exists, but has not been publicly releases yet?

Some of us are already awaiting for it, even though we have not "complained" about, since we read in the forum that it was reported and in process.

Regards

Angel

Until the patch is released, here's what I reccamend...

Select the clip you want to speed up & copy it.
Open a new project & paste the clip there.
Speed up the clip & produce it.
Now just import the produced clip back into the original project.

Angel,
The route I suggested earlier in this posting is the one you should follow. A patch has still to be released. I was offering a fastest solution for those who have purchased PD7 and CyberLink can confirm. I'm not able or even prepared to hand out a new build of PD7 "willy nilly" that would be daft.
Kindly read the posting made by a member:

Pi, I think most PD video editors could work that one out for themselves!

I'm new with PowerDirector and made my first movie yesterday with the trial edition. This morning I found the same bug with the speed. I'm happy to see that it's a real bug and I'm not crazy!

I know what it is to release a bug patch. I'm a programmer myself. The client never wants to wait! hehe!

Anyway, I'll wait for the patch. That bug won't stop me from buying the full version as it's already on the way to be corrected.
