Sorry!, I'm still on Power2Go 11. Running on Windows 7. My current Power2Go is up to date for ver 11. Appreciate any advices. Will the problem be solved if I upgrade to ver 13?

Youtube content is not downloadable. It has been months. Any idea when it will be fixed

Sorry, Please see attachment. Popup is the floating yellow disc menu where one can cycle through different types of disc such as data/music/video/copy. This popup comes up by itself at PC turn on and I have not figure out how to close or turn it off.
