I will try messing around with the settings a little bit to see if anything helps.
I had shadow files enabled but when I edit the old videos, the are just the regular files. I also don't know how long until the shadow files are processed so I just go ahead and edit them once they are in. But there was never a problem before the update though.
I updated the drivers on my graphics card and now when I edit videos, the process becomes very slow. This only effects new videos however. When I open old projects, everything runs nice and smooth. The videos were all all recorded in the same format and everything. Reverting back to the old driver also doesn't fix the problem.
thanks that was the problem. I added a small 2 min file and in a couple seconds, it showed the waveforms. I guess the 2 hour long file will just take some time to show.
When I load up an audio file, the waveforms are not displayed. This makes synchronizing a little tricky. It's not impossible, just a little more time consuming. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
