Hi,

here the dxdiag.txt
Sorry - in vacation
Being back at my computer in about 3 weeks.
Will send you then a picture and dxdiag report
I have problems with Powerdvd 15 and the German BluRay of Deadpool.

The movie is running, but at irregular intervals picture errors (blocking, etc.) occurs for a few seconds .

The disc runs without problems on a fairly new stand-alone BD player (and I can copy the Disc wirhout any readerrors to HD).

System:
PowerDVD 15 Ultra / Win10 x64

Update:
Looks like a new CopyProtection Scheme. Have installed the testversion of a CP-Removal Software- no more Problems.
Hope there will be an Update to PowerdVD 15 which adresses this.
Looks like you're Monitor isn't HDCP capable.

HDCP-compliant Display : No No

Have you tried to copy the files from a BD to your HD?
If it functions the Drive is OK, otherwise ...
If the first 2 not work, try not to oc.
If PDVD then works, you can stop searching and choose.
Try to disable/reset UserDPI Settings.
Install latest Drivers for your Soundcards (Realtek Driver is from 2011).
Try not to overclock your CPU.
What exactly happens.
I installed the program, but when I tried to use it, there was a constant "busy" circle on the upper left-hand side of the program's UI. I don't dare restart it because it crashed and caused the computer to quit operations

isn't very clear.

Is there no reaction to the keyboard/mouse?
Have you a BSoD?
Shut the Computer completely down?
Good News!!
Kick Ass 2 & The World's End now work.

Don't ask me why.
It's maybe the latest Patch for PowerDVD 13 or ...

I got myself a completely new System - new Board, New CPU, ...
GPU from AMD switched to NVDIA (too many Problems with AMD)
OS now Win 8.1 Pro x64.

So, it can be ... anything.

Now it works - I am happy

A good day to everyone

Elric
So what?
AMD 14.6 is a Beta Driver.
Report this Error to AMD so they can fix it.
Hi,
Any news?
Thank for the fast answer.
Hope you find a solution ...
Nope, no difference.
Extras doesn't play.

Any other Suggestions?
Hi,
can't play the Extras on Kick-Ass 2 & The World's End.
Instead of the selected bonus clip the main movie starts.
Both Blu-Rays are from Universal Pictures.

PowerDVD 13 (latest Patch), Win7 x64

Totalmedia 6 plays with no Problem.
When I use hardware acceleration to view videos, DVDs, Blu-Ray movies the application crashes. The problem goes away when I switch to software acceleration - which to me is pointless.

Why is SW acceleration pointless to you?

Is PowerDVD the only program that crashes with HW accel or others too? (Acrsoft Totalmedia or the Freeware programs VLC, MPC-HC)?
Why don' you give any Information about your System?
It's like you say: My Ford don't drive but my BMW does ...
That is not enough to help you.

If nobody knows about your Soft- and Hardware nobody can help you.
