The newest ATI Video card Drivers are here:

Don't forget to grab AVIVO encoder, too.

I did some initial testing and hardware encoding is working in this release.

*** UPDATE ****

I had a little trouble getting these new drivers installed on Win7-64bit. I had to download a Visual C ++ 2005 redistributable hotfix from Microsoft. I suspect that happens if you have some newer Microsoft developer software installed (which I do... Visual Basic).

Its usually monthly release. This time was 40 days. Win8 64-bit Pro Retail
