Why is the audio level lowered in the produced movie?

I've noticed that the audio level is not as high in a produced movie as in the original audio file. Can it be changed to retain the original level?

The answer is that I had a lower volume setting in the Windows Movie/TV app. 🤪 PowerDirector 19 Ultimate, Windows 10
