Hi PD 19 like its earlier versions has only limited enhancements like floating baloons or snow flakes etc. to use in titles or transitions.

Are these available somewhere?

I found PD19 not much different from PD14, at least for my kind of simple 4K editing. It seems to be stable, no complaints.

There are a number of options in the partical designer. And the particals can be used together with titles in separate tracks. What do you have in mind?
