Launch RichVideo

After I got my hard drive restored after a catstrophic event, everytime I try to launch Power Director 14, I get a pop-up asking whether I want to launch RichVideo.. I always select OK. But the pop-up always appears with each new start of the program. How do I just install RichVideo once and for all?

Appreciate any advice. Thanks in advance.

PD14 installs Richvideo.
Maybe a reinstallation and update will resolve. XEON-E5-2680 v4 / Mem. 16GB DDR4

Just an idea: As a normal user, you cannot install it "forever". Try to start the program as an administrator. Maybe the installation works then. I don't guarantee...
