Dear community members,

We have observed some Blu-ray movie playback issues in PowerDVD (e.g. no video, pixelated video) that specifically happens on certain NVIDIA graphics platforms such as Geforce GTX 960 installed with 384.76 version driver. It has been resolved by the new 384.94 version driver released by NVIDIA.

To install the latest 384.94 version driver, you can refer to the NVIDIA support page:
https://www.geforce.com/drivers

To identify your NVIDIA driver version:

  1. From the Start menu, open the Run dialog box.

  2. Type dxdiag.

  3. Click on the Display tab of the dialog that opens to find graphics card information.

  4. Check the last 6 digits of the driver version number.

If condition persists after driver is updated, please contact CyberLink Customer Support.
