In PD15 there is an option to produce video to android:

MPEG-4 1280X720/30p (3Mbps)

there is an option to produce like this on PD14?

If your desired profile does not already appear you can create your own profile on the produce page.

Select H264 MP4 - select profile name/quality, select 1280x720 25. Now select the "+" sign to the right. In the window that appears select "video" and change the frame rate to 30. Then in the Profile Name section, give your new profile a name. Your new profile name should then appear on the list in the profile name/quality list ready for the next time you want to use it.
