4k video post produced not playing please help

After spending a good chunk of the day editing my first video, my 4k footage played back black with no pictures. The titles came through, everything else

came through, but the 4k footage was straight gone. Someone please help me since this needs to be done asap. Any help is appreciated

Hi Trekz -

You'll be happy to learn that THAT isn't what usually occurs. A couple of questions:

What are the properties of your source clips? Source/camera?

What produce format & profile did you choose?

Did the video component not display in PDR? or were you viewing in a media player?

Thanks.. it actually worked the second run time through. Dji phantom 3 pro was the 4k camera used. Hopefully it doesn't happen again.
