hello i have powerdvd 14 and win 8.1 prox64 .until know i dont have any problem but today i noticed when i insert any optical disk(bluray or a simple dvd) can't play with powerdvd,every time appears teh message :the program cant start because the msvcr71.ddl file is missing.any help please?

That is a Windows error. Did it ever work correctly? If so, restore your computer to a time when it worked. If not, there are a lot of post regaring this error. Search for it on the Windows 8 site.
