can not chance the youtube-quality in PDVD11

We use PDVD11 for playing our YouTubes,while PDVD12 does not play the YouTubes at all!
When playing the YouTubes in PDVD11,there is an option( right-below-under) for chancing the video-quality of the YouTubes.
It stands at 360p,but we can not change it to 480p or 720p or 1080p,it just keeps the 360p and we do not know how to chance this .

Is there anybody who knows how,for if this is possible,there is no need to upgrade at all!! Do NOT GIVE UP!! CyberLink updates PDVD12 next month for solving these frustrating problem!!
