You can not.

Powerdirector is a two tier system, the main menu always has "Play", "Scenes" and "Subtitles"

Scenes if more that one chapter or Title.
Subtitles if Subtitles for Disk.

If you only have one video, the Play button on the main page will play that movie.

You can do a "No Menu", the video will start to play when the disk is inserted in the DVD player and repeat until stopped by the stop button on the DVD Player remote.

Don't know if I'm mis-interpreting the question but when you are in "Create Disc" in "Menu Preferences" there is a "Create Menu" option. You can specify a video to play in the background of your DVD menu when starting from scratch. Is this what was being asked?

There are two possibilities Débordé might be referring to. Carl may have thought something else was meant.

1. You can select a video as a background for the menu page(s)



2. You can select a video as a "First Play Video" (before the root menu page opens)
