I Have had problems with PD5, importing from DVD

I therefore used the 'Scene on DVD' function of Power Producer 3, which imports all the scenes I need without a hitch

Which then leads to my next problem, how do you import ppp files into PD5 and pds files intoPP3 ?

Whilst you can use PD5 to edit PP3 projects, there is no facility to import and incorporate ppp files with pds files, does anyone know if there is a way ?

Thanks in advance

Technical support have advised that it is not possible to import ppp files into PD5, due to different file extensions.
Which means that I have to complete a project in PP3, burn it to disc, then import into PD5, I hope!!
It seems ridiculous that we have two great programs that cannot interact with each other.
If it is possible for PD5 to edit PP3 projects, then surely it must be possible for Cyberlink, with a bit of ingenuity, to change the file extensions to allow interaction
