What happened to "inverse blur" effect?

Wasn't there an "Inverse Blur" effect in previous versions of PD? I can't find it in PD 10.

It's still there!

Just:
1. Apply the blur effect
2. Select the effect (or the clip with the effect) & click Keyframe
3. Expand the effect settings
4. Select Inverse Effect Area.

If the blur effect is applied directly to your clip (not in the Effects track), you can also click the Effect button... same result.
