Can anyone direct me to a site to find motion backgrounds similar to those used on Fox News. I don't want the Fox News one but something that looks professional and polished.

I do not know about Fox news and their backgrounds.
A google search will help you find what you're after, probably.
There will be footage you pay for and maybe a few free download sites.

To answer your query PD10 has a separate audio editor and it can be found here OR use the FIX/ENHANCE button
