Create a BD + a DVD from the same (PD9 v2504) project with subtitles.
The created menu playback mode was "start from menu page and play all titles sequentially".
Selecting SCENE on the BD always turn subtittles setting to OFF.
This doesn’t happend with the DVD
Using the same BD/DVD player.
The only ways to have subtitles ON again, is playing the entire movie again.

Notes:
- Try with different models of BD/DVD players
- Same on PowerDVD

Please anybody have an idea?
Thanks in advice.
Nicolas

I have the same problem.

The subtitles also turn off if you fast forward and go across from one chapter to another.

The only thing to do at this point is create a disc with permanent subtitles, and maybe a separate disc without subtitles. Or if there is room on the disc, put both movies on it. Then using the menu you can pick which movie to watch, the one with or the one without the subtitles. The problem seems to be corrected.

I applied all the patches through Patch 2702 and now the subtitles stay on after changing chapters on a Blu-ray disc. Gateway DX4380, AMD A8-5500 Quad Core 3.2GHz with ATI Radeon HD 7560D; 16GB RAM; 1 TB SATA 7200 RPM; Windows 8 Pro 64-bit; PDR11, PDVD12.
