In the menus Text, Transitions and etc. why not have an All category to see all in the different categories instead of having to look and search and open each subcategory,so time consuming.

The current implementation of ALL is:
When selecting the main entry (Titles, Transitions, Stickers, and the various effects entries), the first sub category is displayed, scrolling down (e.g. with the mouse wheel) will automatically move to and display the next subcategory.
In my system the scrolling goes fairly fast and I think not slower than the previous PD version.
Also it does not seem to matter which sub category is selected, when searching, PD will scan through all titles, transitions, ….
There still appears to be no logical or even alphabetical order of the subcategory list.

If you have a better, faster way for picking the right feature, than please let CL know via the Rate & Suggestions in the file menu.

It was mentioned like a month ago, items 14, 15. 18 https://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/119383.page#post_box_449679 PDM mentioned a update for perpetual users end of Oct, a significant slip from prior Sept 26th PDM guidance. Maybe since significantly delayed, CL will have major improvements in architecture pushed to both subscription of perpetual key holders. One can only hope, PD22 release was a very ill thought architecture modernization release by CL relative to user's desire.
