I installed powerdirector 18 on my windows 11 machine and am having trouble getting it to work. Powerdirector opens but when I select any function it just has the blue circle going around and I have to close the program. Is powerdirector 18 supposed to work with windows 11?

I have PD13, 14, 17 and 365 running on Win11 but other people have reported problems. You can try uninstalling/reinstalling PD18, and you might also want to try the steps listed in this post.

It is interesting. I uninstalled and then reinstalled PD18. I had older suites that included PD and they all worked, including PD16. It seems that all the cyberlink aps except PD18 seem to work. I can still open PD18 but whenever I click on anything in PD18 I get the blue circle and have to close the app. The sample pictures don't load as they do in PD16. Any suggestions?

Thanks Rex476

You may want to go to the Cyberlink support website and check for the latest patch available. Install it and it may fix the problem. You could also contact support there if you feel that you need further help to try to get it to work properly on your pc.
