This is with powerdvd 22 ultra and a Dell Vostro 7620 with Nvidia 3050 and intel Iris Xe graphics cards. is there a fix for this?

No idea. You posted in the PowerDirector forum, which is a video editing app. I think you should post in the PowerDVD 22 forum.
