Biography: 35 years in electronics and computer integration, maintenance, service and repair. 8 years Active Duty U.S. Navy Submarine Force ('79-'88). Former HP OEM Service and Repair Depot Manager. Retired on disability from U.S. Government in 1999 after 9 years working as a DoD Quality Assurance Manager assigned exclusively to NASA programs. Key NASA projects include: Hubble Space Telescope, International Space Station, Space Shuttle (Main Engines, OCS/RCS systems, Ammonia cooling systems), Astronaut orbital tools/aids, and Goddard Space Flight Center's Small Explorer Satellite program. Career highlights: Surfaced at the geographic North Pole, May 6, 1986 while stationed on board USS RAY(SSN-653); witnessed nighttime Space Shuttle Discovery launch on station at Kennedy Space Center, February 1997; all systems inspected and bought for NASA either still flying or finished spaceflight without failure or incident.
