Activation Key.

I downloaded the software and paid for it on the 'net last night. When do I get the activation key so that I can use the damn thing.

I had the exact same question. It now appears that the email I received had a "Serial Number" that matches the format for the so called "Activation Key". It makes for confusion to use two different terms for the same thing.

Now my problem is that I have a corrupted install since I halted installation without the Activation Key. Now Power DVD will not install until it is cleaned up.

After filing a support icket, the support team sent me some instructions and a new link to re-download the program and a new Activation Code. I did it all and it worked great.

They say they cannot trace a payment. I have e-mailed them twice giving details of the card used and the date the money was transferred from my account.

Hallo,
ich wollte nach einem Festplattencrash PowerDVD nochmals runterladen und siehe da, trotz bezahltem edt war der Link tot. Nach vielen Tagen antworteten die guten und sagten ich soll mich an eine andere Firma wenden, wekche den Kundendienst für Cyberlink erledigt. Mit dieser kommuniziere ich nun regelmäßiger, weil ich nun nach einem Monat immernoch nicht an einen funktionierenden Link komme. Erst sagen die der wird in zwei Tagen reaktiviert werden, eine Woche später funzt der immer noch nicht, jetzt funzt der, aber es wird behauptet ich hätte es über 15 mal runtergeladen und das wäre das Limit...ich kotze. 100Euro im Nirvana! Danke Cyberlink...ich warte weiter.
