I recently put together a new computer. My old computer had no issues with downloading and installing Cyberlink products. However, my new one struggled. Or more rightly I am struggled.

Firstly, I could not download PD. So after reading the forums I came across the solution of signing in and out of CAM and that method allowed me to download PD 365.

After downloading PD I attempted to install Director Suite 5. The only method that worked for me was to sign in and out of CAM repeatedly. I signed in and it downloaded the application for about 5% then I had to sign out and sign in again.


This method was a little annoying but it did work. I had to sign in and out probably close to 20x to get Director Suite 5 installed. I am sure there are better methods, although I don't know them, but this worked for me.

If anybody knows of a better solution I would be interested in hearing it.
