I have created a slideshow and burned to BluRay with excellent quality results. I have tried to save the same slideshow to USB thumb drive and have noticed quality is reduced when playing back on TV. Colors seem more saturated and slightly more bright when playing on TV I have experimented with different formats but results seem the same. Slide show quality seems fine when playing back on PC but issues remain when playing on PC.
Could it be my playback device? I have used a Sony Blu-Ray player which accomdates both the USB as well as the disk.
Any suggestions, thoughts or guidance is welcomed. thanks...

Hi BCabc -

I'm a bit confused by this statement:

Slide show quality seems fine when playing back on PC but issues remain when playing on PC.

If you meant "issues remain when playing on TV", I get it.

I don't understand why there'd be any quality change. Does your TV have a direct USB input, rather than going via the BR player? Does that make any difference?

It's a bit tricky to do quality comparison between PC monitor & TV, aside from more subjective observations... & what I find at my end may be completely irrelevant (different monitors & TVs)... but I'll have a play with it.

Cheers - Tony

Yes, sorry for the typo. I did mean "TV". The TV does have a USB port so I will try that as an option. Apologize for the delayed response as I was travelling.
