zoom feature is constantly zooming in and out. Cannot lock it in

I am using YouCam10 365 and the zooming feature just continually zooms in and out. Can't find a way to lock it in within a certain field of vision.

Sounds like auto face detection is enabled maybe. Go to camera settings and turn it off, or switch it to manual zoom.
