Hi all

I have been trying to install powerplayer ver 22 on my wildows 10.

this is the miny computer connected to my projector in my home cinema.

i have tried to in stall and get the above error code and then can not stop the install then becomes frozen.

I shut down. then restart then delete using ccleaner.

Any ideas.

0x80040c01 is a Windows-related error code that occurs during 3rd-party software installation, i.e. there is a problem with your Windows installation.

Just Google "0x80040c01" and you will see lots of suggestions on how to fix.
