Power Director Crashing

Every time I click 'Transition Suite' Power Director 365 crashes. Can someone give me a fix for this?

I can access every other Suite with no issues, it is literally when I try to access the Transitions. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software, I am using a windows 10 laptop which is fully updated and I have 8gb RAM, (6.94gb useable RAM). I have no other applications open while using Power Director 365.

Can you clarify what you mean by PDR crashes - any error messages, just disappears or hangs or......?

Can you give the exact version of PDR you are using, please? Look at this guidance https://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/85748.page#post_box_354918

Can you also provide a DxDiag as an attachment - it may show some indication of your crashes and it also has other information that may point to a solution. Guidance is here
