1) have cover art on folder in playlist
2) cover art is off center
3) cover art not the same as in Media Library
4)can i have cover art on the cyberlink cloud folders

No, you can't add/change the cover art for a playlist or for Cloud videos. It is a good suggestion though. You should send a request to Cyberlink to add in a future version.

thank you There does not seem much on cover art in the manual
