Voice over using power director 365

I've recently started using the Power Director 365 and found the button for doing voice over so I can narrate my video. Problem is it is greyed out and I can't figure out why. I could be it's not included in 365 but I have tried search and can't find an answer. Does anybody know how to enable it or know if it's even available with 365? I'm using Windows 10.

Yes it is available in 365. As it says in the help, you must have a mic or other device connected:

You can try going to the Capture room and setting up your microphone:
