Hi,

I'm running PowerDirector 365 on an M1 Mac Mini. All was fine until I installed the recent PowerDirector update. Now when I preview my video, the preview window in black. None of the video tracks are disabled.

Here's a screenshot. I'm running PowerDirector 365 20.6.4202.0 on an M1 Mac Mini, Mac OS Monterey 12.4. If I Produce the video, it comes out fine, but I can't work on it as I'm unable to see a preview. All was working fine before the update.

On a windows pc, the screenshot would indicate that the audio volume is clipping and the green line above the timeline may indicate automatic render preview which happens with a weak graphics card. The fix would be to update the amd gpu driver.

Since this is a Mac, if updating the gpu driver does not fix it then contacting Cyberlink support may be the best option as there may not be that many Mac users with PD365.
