I purchased and installed PowerDirector 365 for Mac yesterday.

When I try to use certain transitions (which say "Try" in the top left corner of the preview) I get a message which says "You're using content that requires a subscription to PowerDirector 365..." and invites me to upgrade.

As I've just paid for an installation of this software, I don't understand what's going on.

Can anyone help please?
