Read aonther post about the same problem. May or June packs do not show up anywhere to dlownload... spent an hour trying to navigate the terrible site but cannot find any answers on HOW to download an effect pack???? It says I should be able to do it within the program (I have the latest update, yes) but it doesn't work. Win 10 I5-3570 16Gb GTX-750

Hello,

They are in the media library.

- Spring Stickers: go to Video Overlay Room > Seasonal tag
- Social Media Vol. 2: go to Video Overlay Room > Social Media tag
- Bright & Airy LUTs: go to FX Room > Bright & Airy tag
- Smoke Stickers: go to Video Overlay Room > All Content tag and then type in "Smoke" in search

You can then download the individual effects you want by clicking on it as shown in the second item here:
