I used to be able to get Dolby Atmos by setting things for external decoding. Now I not only don't get Atmos, I don't even get True HD.

Hi,
If you are passing the audio through Powerdvd to external decoding, then you should be looking outside Powerdvd for the solution. Could be Windows update, HDMI driver on graphics card video output, your reciever, etc.

Maybe provide us some detail about your setup and we can provide more suggestions.
