Bought you cam 9 deluxe but Beauty editing is missing

Hi

Like I said in the title, I bought youcam deluxe for the beauty editing but I can't find the option in software

I have the same options as the free essential one

I have YouCam 9 Deluxe installed here and I found the makeup feature. See the attached image, and a link to the help info:

Did you uninstall Essential and then install the Deluxe version with the download files you received when you made the purchase?

I have the make up option but on the website it shows an option to modify face structure like to be thinner or fatter etc

Hello,

That is available on captured images only, not live video. To access it, just right click on a photo, select Edit Photo/Video, and then click on the beautify button. See the attached images.

You should say on website that is only for pictures, I'm feeling kind of cheated actualy
