Pop up ads and other distractions

I already subscribe to all the programs. Yet every other keystroke looking for templates in Director Zone, I am barraged by pop up ads and offers to download junk I either already have or don't want. I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER! How do I get rid of these distractions?

Thanks, I found it. Having come from PD18 I find 365 very frustrating. I'll read through all the FAQs - maybe that will help. Thanks again!

While the FAQs address one issue of adverts during Production from within the PDR process, I believe the OP was referencing something else: "..in Director Zone, I am barraged by pop up ads and offers...".

This is a web site / HTML issue. Interestingly even AdBlock doesn't stop the ads while in DirectorZone. Its all just a minor inconvenience for obtaining what are "free" templates. Maybe somebody else has a workaround.
