Version 20 vs 365

I worked fine with version 20.
I had to switch to 365.
Since then, the program does not want to start anymore.

How can I go back to version 20 or how can this boot problem be solved.

The PD20 version is lifetime if you haven't uninstalled it should be present, otherwise install it again, I assume you have saved the files you downloaded when you bought it.
When the 365 version is purchased, use the official Cyberlink support, “My Status” option https://www.cyberlink.com/support/index.html XEON-E5-2680 v4 / Mem. 16GB DDR4
