PowerDVD 21 Video Distorting

Hi there
I just tried to play one of the new Evangelion Blurays through PowerDVD but it's distorting the video and audio.
I played it through Leawo Bluray Player and it plays perfectly but through PowerDVD, it comes out all distorted.
I have tried other blurays and they all seem to play fine. I have figured out it's not the bluray since it plays fine through Leawo and my PS4.
I have tried turning off Video Enchancements and Audio Enhancements but no difference.

If anyone has similar experience and knows how to fix it, any help would be very appreciated.

Thanks

Well, PS4 is a contained system and Leawo cracks DRM. So this probably points to something on your computer not being up-to-date...like your graphics card driver, etc. You should provide the information requested by the mods so people can have a look at your setup: https://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/84925.page#post_box_351257

Running the Bluray advisor might also help: https://www.cyberlink.com/stat/bd-support/enu/index.jsp

Hi there
My video card driver is up to date I only updated not long ago and just checked it again just in case.
I have attached my DxDiag and run the Advisor and pass for Blurays.

Thanks

Hello,

Your best bet is to always submit the DXDiag file and a decsription of your issue to CyberLink Customer Service. You can do that here:
