How do I move an existing thread up the tree?

I replied with a 'bump' and the thread is still sitting on page 2.

It's subject is "Synching Music with Slideshow'

It's been a problem for some time - & one that causes far more searching and scratching around than ought to be necessary.

A number of members raised this a good while ago but, sadly. how it is is how it is.
