sky replacement doesn't work

I decided to try the sky replacement feature in powerdirector 365 It looked good and clicked on transform video and i could see it in the preview fine But as soon as I go back to watch the whole video it goes back to the original sky. I have tried it over and over with the same results. Any idea why this is happening? Am I missing a step? I have watched the tutorial and can't see what I could be doing wrong.

Where is the clip located that you applied the sky replacement on? If I call up the plug-in directly from the menu, I need to choose the clip from the media room or the hard drive and cannot choose a clip on the timeline.

For my testing I chose a clip from a folder in the media room. After making my selections and clicking on Transform Video, I have a new video located in the same folder as my original clip with a "_0" added to the name.

As you can see in the screenshot below, the clip is fully produced and can be dragged onto the timeline or played in any other app by browsing to that folder:
