Is there a way to apply a zoom effect on a tracked object using the tracker?
So far I could only apply mosaics and clip some PiPs..

No. It is not among the three types of effects allowed. However the fx Magnifier can be keyframed to accomplish this. The NB Cut Away plug-in given away free two months ago to registered Cyberlink users can also be used. It has more options.
