Hello,

Before I go recreate the wheel here, I was wondering if anyone has come up with a way to create a moving map in PD8. With all the new particle and/motion objects - I wonder is this is a possibility.

If not, what other tools have others used to create this? I searched the forums here and found a routegen program; however, the resulting AVI was pretty bad.

By moving map, I mean a line from one position on a map gradually moving to another, eg a red line following the interstate drive from Atlanta to NYC

I have used and liked the Route Generator, but recently I have used Magic Motion to MOVE THE MAP itself, closing in on the destination.
You could use a pip of the moving object, plane-car-train, on the map, too, in a separate timeline.
I was also pondering using the Route-gen with a transparent png as the background, to see what I might achieve. HP Envy Phoenix/4thGen i7-4770(4@3.4GHz~turbo>3.9)
